Chi-Do, a moving meditation for the modern day Jedi
Moving your chi takes steadiness, slow breathing, and consistent movements. Founder Gudni Gudnason comprised Chi-Do after studying and teaching Tai-Chi for decades. He wanted his students to retain the movements to optimize their results: greater vitality and sense of calm in the mind and emotions- and so, thankfully, we have Chi-Do.
Wear comfortable clothes for this standing, moving meditation and bring water- it is a workout!
